General Terms and Conditions
Ticket Usage and Restrictions
Airline tickets are issued to passengers and are generally non-transferable. Name corrections or changes may be limited or prohibited by airline rules.
Tickets must be used in sequence; missing segments may trigger cancellation of remaining flights. No-shows are typically non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Airline tickets and fees may be non-refundable per fare rules and supplier policies.
Airline Rules and Contract of Carriage
All air transportation follows the applicable airline's Contract of Carriage and fare rules. The transportation contract exists solely between the passenger and the airline. TripOasia functions as intermediary only.
Airlines may modify schedules, routes, carriers, or aircraft anytime—changes beyond TripOasia's control.
Baggage Allowance
Airlines determine baggage policies varying by route, service class, and fare type. Passengers may pay extra fees for excess, overweight, or oversized luggage.
TripOasia bears no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged baggage. Claims must go directly to the airline.
Frequent Flyer Programs
Mileage accrual, upgrades, and frequent flyer benefits follow airline policies and may not apply to all fares. Eligibility requires airline verification.
Supplier Terms and Conditions
Additional terms imposed by airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers apply to all reservations. Using the service means accepting supplier rules on payment, availability, changes, and cancellation.
Travel Documentation and Entry Requirements
Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, transit visas, vaccination records, and health certificates.
TripOasia provides no guarantees of country entry and accepts no responsibility for denied boarding or entry refusal from insufficient documentation. Review travel advisories and entry rules before departure.
Payment Terms
Major payment methods are accepted per representative communication. Payment submission doesn't guarantee ticket issuance—confirmations occur only upon ticketing.
Some transactions may require additional verification. High-risk or suspicious transactions may be declined or cancelled. Financial institutions set currency conversion rates and international fees.
Limitation of Liability
The Website and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. TripOasia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness warranties.
TripOasia bears no liability for airline operations, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, schedule changes, government restrictions, lost profits, or indirect/consequential damages.
Aggregate liability never exceeds total service fees paid directly to TripOasia for the booking.
Dispute Resolution
Contact TripOasia first for informal dispute resolution. Unresolved disputes after 60 days proceed to binding arbitration in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Users waive jury trial rights and agree disputes resolve individually.
Indemnification
Users indemnify and hold harmless TripOasia, TripOasia LLC, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from Terms breaches, law violations, Website misuse, or third-party claims from user actions.
International Treaties
International air travel may fall under treaties like the Montreal Convention or Warsaw Convention, limiting carrier liability for death, injury, baggage loss, or delay. Consult the operating airline for specific liability limits.
Governing Law
These Terms follow Ohio state law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Modifications
TripOasia reserves rights to update or revise Terms anytime without notice. Continued Website use after modifications means acceptance of revised Terms.
